ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਇਕ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਕ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਵਿਉਂਤਬੰਦੀ, ਜਿਥੇ ਉਹ (ਆਪਣੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੀ) ਸਾਰਥਕ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਲਈ ਸਮੂਹਿਕ ਰੂਪ ਵਿਚ ਆਗੂ ਵਜੋਂ ਸਿਖਣ, ਸਫਲਤਾ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਅਗਾਂਹ ਵਧਣ ਲਈ ਤਤਪਰ ਹੋਣ!

ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਨ, ਆਤਮਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨਾ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਕਿੱਤੇ ਦੀ ਗੁਣਵਤਾ ਵਿਚ ਸਫਲ ਹੋ ਸਕਣ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਉਤੇ ਸਕਾਰਾਤਮਕ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਪਾ ਸਕਣ।

How to get Invited

Participants for the retreat will be selected through an essay competition.

Step 2: Choose your essay topic from instructions.
